Jessica Rauch

Jessica Rauch is a Michigan native, originally from the Haslett area, whose lifelong passion for athletics, education, and community impact continues to shape her professional journey. A standout student-athlete, Jessica played basketball for the Lady Britons at Albion College, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Health with Honors in 2007.

She continued her education at Western Michigan University, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Education (Physical Education) in 2009. While pursuing her graduate studies, Jessica served as a graduate assistant in the Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Department, and taught undergraduate wellness courses. During that time, she was honored as Student of the Year and received the Special Olympics Volunteer of the Year Award. Her dedication to inclusion and service was later recognized again when her family was named the 2014 Michigan Special Olympics Family Volunteers of the Year.

Jessica went on to serve as the assistant women’s basketball coach at Kalamazoo College for 12 years, where she mentored and developed student-athletes both on and off the court. In recent years, she made the intentional decision to step back from coaching to focus more deeply on family and new leadership opportunities.

She currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Pro Athlete Community (PAC), where she brings her extensive background in education, athletics, and nonprofit work to support the organization’s mission of guiding professional athletes through transitions beyond sports.

Jessica lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with her husband Dexter and their three children: Payton, Quinn, and Tatum. She remains actively involved in her local community and continues to support Special Olympics initiatives.
